Support the Festival

There are many ways to contribute to the success of the Big Sur Food & Wine Festival, whether through sponsorship, in-kind donations or your time. If you would like to support us in any of these ways, or would like more information, please contact Toby Rowland-Jones at 831-667-0800.

Donate

We are looking for all kinds of donations for our silent and live auctions, local housing for winemakers, chefs and volunteers, and local organic produce and meats for culinary events.

Volunteer

The volunteer team is essential to our success in giving back to Big Sur. Volunteers work hard, and have the chance to enjoy a couple of events while not working. Space is very limited. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Keely at keely.richter@gmail.com.  We have the following spaces available:

Volunteer Help Needed

  • Drivers with clean DMV records, Nov 7-10, several shifts
  • Parking – Various locations, Friday Nov 8 and 9
  • Clean-up, After Party, Henry Miller, Nov 8, 10:30pm-12:30am
  • Servers, Dinner with Friends, Nov 9, 6-9:30pm
  • Clean-up, After Party, Henry Miller, Nov 9, 11:30pm-1:30am
  • General clean-up. Various locations Nov 10

Hiking with Stemware (3) – $1500 each, $4500 for all three

Your logo and literature will be in each shuttle for the hikes, you will be listed as a sponsor on our website and recognized as a sponsor in the printed program.  If you sponsor all hikes, we will include a full page ad in the printed program, 4 tickets to the Grand Public Tasting and 4 tickets to Wine & Swine.

Magical Mystery Tour (3) – $2,000 each, $6000 for all three

Your logo and literature will be in each tour shuttle, you will be listed as a sponsor on our website and recognized as a sponsor in the printed program.  If you sponsor all tours, we will include a full page ad in the printed program, 4 tickets to the Grand Public Tasting and 4 tickets to Wine & Swine.

Auction Luncheon – $4000

A sponsorship poster with your ad/logo will be placed at the guest check-in area for the event, you’ll be recognized on stage during the event, you’ll be listed as a sponsor on our website, with prominent placing on the auction page, you’ll receive a full page ad in the printed program, and you’ll receive 4 tickets to the Auction Luncheon with a wine maker and the Grand Public Tasting.

Gateway To Big Sur – $10,000

Your ad and logo will be part of the slideshow displayed on the digital screens located throughout the event space; you’ll be listed as a sponsor on our website and receive a full page ad in the printed program, and you’ll receive 4 tickets to:  Gateway Event, Wine & Swine, Auction Lunch and Grand Public Tasting.

Wine & Swine with Entertainment –  $4,000

A sponsorship poster with your ad/logo will be placed at the guest check-in area for the event, you’ll be recognized on stage during the event, you’ll be listed as a sponsor on our website and receive a full page ad in the printed program, and you’ll receive 4 tickets to: Wine & Swine, Auction Lunch and the Grand Public Tasting.

Grand Public Tasting – $4000

A sponsorship poster with your add/logo will be placed at the guest check-in area for the event, you’ll be recognized on stage during the event, you’ll be listed as a sponsor on our website and receive a full page ad in the printed program, and you’ll receive 4 tickets to: Wine & Swine, Auction Lunch and the Grand Public Tasting.

Printed Program – $2500

You’ll receive a free ad on the inside back cover of the printed program, be listed as a sponsor on our website and receive 2 tickets to both Wine & Swine and the Grand Public Tasting.
