This Festival would not be possible without the many talented and hardworking individuals who offer their time, energy, and talents to the mission of BSFW.

We have a wide variety of tasks and needs:

  • Drivers with clean DMV records

  • Event Captains

  • Parking

  • Set up/ Break down and Clean Up

  • Food Service

  • Hospitality

  • Wine Service

  • Security

  • Logistical support/deliveries

  • Administrative support

Some of our needs are more fast paced and physical, while others require great customer service skills and attention to detail. Our teams work hard over the course of the weekend but we have a great time behind the scenes, and many new friendships have flourished over the years. For your efforts and time, we will give you access to certain events, t-shirt and festival merchandise contingent on volunteer time donated.
