Kyle Walker

Hailing from San Diego, Chef Kyle Walker found his way to Treebones Resort in 2021, bringing with him years of experience working in kitchens throughout his young adulthood. Growing up cooking alongside his mother, who is from Thailand, Kyle developed a deep passion for food and a unique culinary perspective shaped by both tradition and exploration.

At The Lodge Restaurant, Kyle brings his distinctive skill set and palate to a menu inspired by the rustic beauty of Big Sur. Centered around Treebones’ thriving organic garden, strong relationships with local purveyors, and the art of wood-fired cooking, his cuisine celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients while embracing the natural surroundings that make Treebones so special.
