Vrinda Quintero

My name is Vrinda Quintero and I am from Caracas, Venezuela. Though for so many years I traveled lots of places that received me as if I was home. Home for a while now has been Santa Cruz county. In all my travels I was lucky to have been taught the foods of the places I visited so I could make a vegetarian version of people’s home foods. And so my culinary learning begun.

Today I am a culinary teacher, a cater and most of all one part eight billion. I like to live my life and cook in accordance to that. Knowing and honoring that all sentient beings are deserving of love and affection, that this is shown primarily by respect. And that everything that has been given to me will exponentially grow if it’s passed on.
