Elena Bryan

Born and raised in West Sonoma, Elena Bryan began her career in hospitality at age 18 at Willow Wood Market Cafe, where she developed an enduring passion for wine. From fine dining in Napa Valley to the coastal communities of Santa Cruz, her career has been guided by a commitment to continued education, exceptional hospitality, and a deeper understanding of the world’s wine regions and producers.

Elena further developed her skills working in the Equinox cellar before moving into tasting room management for Bonny Doon Vineyard and Ser. She continued to expand her experience as part of the wine team at Mentone, and Birichino, building a well-rounded perspective across restaurant service, wine education (WSET 3), and producer-focused hospitality.

Today, Elena represents Skurnik Wine & Spirits throughout the Monterey Peninsula, bringing her extensive hospitality background and passion for wine to the trade. Her approach is rooted in a respect for the people and places behind each bottle, a dedication to ongoing learning, and a commitment to fostering meaningful connections between producers, industry professionals, and wine enthusiasts.
