Chef Steven Siglin, owner and operator of Edible Ambassador - Catering and Events since 2017, believes deeply that food is what truly brings people together.

Since starting his culinary journey in 2010, Steven has honed his craft through stages in numerous kitchens and shared his passion through food education programs for kids across Monterey County and Philadelphia. His dynamic style is fueled by culinary adventures throughout Mexico, Europe, Central America, and the Mediterranean—with plans for further inspiration in Asia and Central America this winter. When he's not busy collaborating with local farmers or swapping ideas with fellow chefs, you can find this playful professional enjoying the outdoors, whether he's carving waves while surfing or hitting the mountain biking trails.
