Chef Reylon Agustin is the Director of Culinary at Post Ranch Inn and its iconic restaurant, Sierra Mar, where he leads the property’s celebrated, ethically driven culinary program. Drawing deeply from the Central Coast’s coastal bounty, Chef Agustin partners with small-scale producers and artisans to create an ingredient-forward, farm-driven dining experience that supports a thriving local food economy.

At the heart of his work is a commitment to regeneration – of land, community, and culinary tradition. He oversees Post Ranch Inn’s on-site Chef’s Garden, which employs regenerative farming practices to supply Sierra Mar’s kitchen. The restaurant also donates 1% of food revenue to Zero Foodprint, a nonprofit advancing regenerative agriculture through systemic change.
