Andy Huynh and a bunch of local cooks make dumplings and ramen from scratch. Bar an experimental, curious, inspired crew, adding new items to the menu and playing with various regional cuisines – inside and outside of their own family traditions. They source seasonally and locally as much as they can working with farms and ranches that sell in the farmers market circuit.
