Are there ID Requirements?

You must be 21 years or older to attend our events.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Yes, shuttles and on-site parking are available. Some events require specific arrangements for transportation, those details become available with purchase of that ticket. The general shuttle and parking information and schedule will become available on our website when tickets become available for sale.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Each event is going to be different, and therefore may have a different dress code. Please read the details in the events page to make sure you are dressed appropriately. MANY OF OUR EVENTS are outdoors and off-trail and you should consider your choice of footwear. You may bring outside refillable water bottles. Sorry no pets or children. If you need anything specific for an event, it will be in the details of that event.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Yes, please make all necessary changes by no later than 48 hours before event begins. To arrange for this, please get in contact with Elsa@bigsurfoodandwine.org

What happens if it’s raining?

If we cancel the event for any reason, including weather and acts of nature, you will receive a full refund.

When you purchase your tickets, you agree to assume full responsibility and risk for events in which you as an individual or group participate and hold The Big Sur Food & Wine Festival inclusive of sites, Officers, Board, volunteers, sponsors, and all associated with the festival harmless. You also agree to being photographed or video taped in the course of your participation in events and understand these photos will be posted on our website and social media sites.
