Marvin Green IV loves cooking barbecue. He came up in a deli, full of large voices and larger sandwiches. Learning barbecue from a young age, he came back to it later in life to bring joy to others. Spending long hours by the fire, focusing on every detail, Green works hard to bring perfect barbecue to the table. Sporting influences from Central Texas barbecue, mixed with the flavors of his youth, Green tries to showcase his idea of wonderful food.
