Executive Chef, Sierra Mar Restaurant at Post Ranch Inn, Big Sur, California -

Prior to his current role Chef Agustin was Executive Chef at Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park where he led Madera to garner and maintain a Michelin-star rating during his tenure. At Sierra Mar, Chef Agustin's food draws inspiration from the region’s bountiful fresh produce, working with local farms and of course sourcing directly from the Chef's Garden located on property.

A California native, Chef Agustin has travelled the world with a career spanning across the U.S and U.K. He has held leadership positions at several acclaimed restaurants including Jardiniere in San Francisco with Traci Des Jardins, The Ritz Carlton, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, The Savoy Grille at the Savoy in London. Agustin is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, San Francisco.
